  This was my first experience with this Verizon store. I had been that day to two other corporate Verizon stores in a neighboring city. Those other stores told me completely incorrect information, and althoigh professional, were not especially nice. I ended up going to the store in Lindale where Jennifer assisted me. I have never had such a positive experience at a cell phone phone store in my entire life. Jennifer went above and beyond in helping me attain my first smart phone. She set everything up for me perfectly, explained every detail accurately, and even stayed later past closing to help me finish up with setting up my new phone and transferring my contacts. She had an extremely professional yet very friendly manner and so did the other young man who was working in the store at the time. I highly recommend using this Verizon store above any of the other ones in the area. Thank you Jennifer for great customer service!
