  Just went in to pick up a snack for myself and my wife on the way home. At about 10 pm tonight I was told by one lady clerk that “ it would be a while. They were doing a shift change”. She walked off. There was a gentleman counting cigarettes behind the counter. He finished one brand, glanced over at me and wrote down his count before continuing to count more tobacco products. I asked if he was going to continue to count cigarettes or check me out. He replied, “it’s going to be about 10 minutes”. I thought this was a convenience store. I have never had this problem there before. I don’t know if the two employees were upset with each other about who was supposed to take care of what, but neither certainly cared about the customer. VERY disappointed
