  There are a lot of things to like about this store. For example, the decor and ambiance are classic hunting as one reviewer has said. And the quality of the clothing seems to be really good. However, I was not impressed on my first visit to the store because of the poor customer service. My sister-in-law bought me a shirt for my birthday. The color wasn't really when I wanted so I decided to take it in to exchange it. The teenage kid behind the counter had no clue how to do that so he went to ask his uncle who evidently runs the store. He came back in a few minutes and told me that his uncle couldn't do the exchange right now because "he had to do all kinds of stuff on the computer". It would be 2 hours before he could accomplish this. That's ridiculous. I'll probably try to go back one more time to make the exchange but I doubt if I'll ever go back just to shop.
